Responsibilities:
As a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist with EJ Therapy, you will suport students in developing communication skills that enable them to participate successfully in classroom and school activities.
Responsibilities include:
Evaluating and treating a wide variety of communication needs, including expressive and receptive language delays, Apraxia, articulation, phonological disorders, stuttering and social communication challenges
Supporting students who use augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) systems
Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans aligned with student goals
Participating in the development and implementation of Individual Education Programs (IEPs)
Counseling families on how to address any communication delays and disorders
Maintaining accurate documentation and therapy records
Qualifications:
Valid Ohio Speech Language Pathologist license or eligiblity to obtain one
Knowledge of Speech Pathology principles

Education:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Experience:
